COOD RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED was registered in Nigeria in April 1997 as a limited liability company (RC.310809). Business activities started fully in 1998 and have been trading in Corporate and Promotional items and Crowd Control System both in Nigeria and Ghana.
During the course of doing business, over the years we extended our horizon into the telecoms, Energy Industry in Nigeria, and steadily created a niche for ourselves in both industries. In March 2018, We became registered as COODSYNERGYN OIL, GAS, and POWER (UK) LIMITED as a Private Limited liability Company. COOD Resources Group is made up of the following subsidiaries;
